Five years later, Craymer has once again teased a third chapter in theMamma Miasaga, tellingDeadlinein May 2025that "we know what we want to do with the movie, and it will happen." She even brought up pop star Sabrina Carpenter as a potential new addition to the cast, playing "a goddess or some relation who would look very much like Meryl Streep."
